Urch Planetary and Space Control was an organization that controlled space traffic around the Unknown Regions planet Urch, the capital of the Tower Dimension nation. Around 19 BBY, the Chiss Ascendancy sent Ambassador Boadil'par'gasoi, core name "Ilparg," on a diplomatic mission to Urch aboard the Nightdragon man-of-war Vigilant. After the man-of-war's arrival, an traffic controller of Urch Planetary and Space Control refused Ilparg's request to visit Urch before several starships affiliated with the Nikardun Destiny hegemony attempted to capture the Vigilant. The Chiss warship then escaped to hyperspace.
