I was introduced to Star Wars early on in my life but never really acknowledge it or really knew what it was. When I was around 8 years old I got into the films. My first SW movie in cinema was Star Wars: Episode III Revenge of the Sith which has forever solidified my love of the series.
Within the first year of being in the fandom I enjoyed browsing the now-defunct Beyond the Movies and Community sections of StarWars.com where I would spend most of my time. I then later learned of the story continuing past the movies and learned about the Expanded Universe and discovered the The New Jedi Order books which still fascinate me to this day.
I later got into many of the video games (Rogue Squadron II: Rogue Leader, Lego Star Wars: The Video Game, Battlefront II etc, which lead me to learning about extra lore, events and characters from the universe.
During late 2010 I picked up The Best of PC and discovered an era of SW I could never have possibly imagined with Knights of the Old Republic introducing me to so much lore that I spiralled into the Expanded Universe from there, going from what you could call a causal-fan into a die-hard fan.
Since then I have collected as much Canon and Legends material as I can as I love reading so much about this world started 41 years ago and hope to enjoy it for many years to come.
