Twi'lek Valius Ying ran a gang of pirates and criminals in the Outer Rim Territories during the era of the Mandalorian Wars. The gang operated out of the transport Oroko, and in 3964 BBY joined in the hunt for fugitives Zayne Carrick and Marn Hierogryph in the Taris system.
