Victory Without War

Victory Without War was a campaign launched by Emperor Jagged Fel to peacefully spread Imperial influence, providing aid to people and planets ruined by the Yuuzhan Vong War. One of its programs was the Imperial Mission. Both Jagged Fel's son and grandson continued the program during their reigns, despite opposition from militarist and conservative Moffs like Geist.

The Victory Without War campaign continued after the Sith–Imperial War and the rise of Darth Krayt's Galactic Empire, despite the regime's new One Sith leaders. After Krayt's death, the program was discontinued by Krayt's de facto successor, Darth Wyyrlok, who favored traditional Sith methods of rule.
