The Viper was considered one of the best gun-mounted grenade launchers of its time, thanks to its Tybrene launcher and built-in vibro balancing systems, and was extremely accurate at short ranges. The only major drawback to the system was that its magazine had storage for just two grenades. The firing stud to launch a grenade was on the right side of the launcher, just in front of the magazine.
