Vratixia renanicus

Vratixia renanicus, known as Vratixian barley, was a type of grain originally cultivated on Thyferra and utilized to make the medical substance bacta, alongside alazhi and kavam. During the High Republic Era, an independent colony on the planet Sedri Minor grew Vratixian barley. After a Hutt starship carrying the barley from Sedri Minor was attacked by the Nihil, the Jedi Order traced its origin point to Sedri, investigating the colony.
