Wettle was a male Twi'lek Jedi Master serving the Jedi Order and the Galactic Republic during the Cold War with the reconstituted Sith Empire.
During the Cold War, Wettle resided at the Temple there. A heavy-set man, Wettle was a trained Jedi Consular and trained Jedi Padawans in martial arts, a practice he was very knowledgeable at, according to Padawan Hallen. At one point, the future third Barsen'thor visited him.
