Wisp was a female TIE fighter pilot who held the rank of captain and squadron commander in Squadron Three within the 204th Imperial Fighter Wing of the Galactic Empire. She had lost almost all of her squadron during the New Republic's attack on Pandem Nai. She served with the 204th during the attack on Cerberon, and later the battle of Jakku, where she assumed the role of senior squadron commander, after the death of Captain Samran Phesh.
