He was well versed in unexplored systems and enjoyed engaging in firefights. While en route to the Hive 7 space station, the Purge was attacked by Z-95 Headhunters. Soon, Jabba the Hutt's yacht, the Star Jewel, was attached to the barge, and his servants captured the Purge in order to infiltrate the Hive-7 station, with the commandant of which Jabba had a conflict. Captain Styrene had his throat slit by Jabba's servants, leaving him strapped into a swivel chair in front of the bridge's command console.
