The Xang were a group that existed in the Tython system. In 25,801 BBY, Je'daii Ranger Vulk was piloting a Cloud Chaser on the planet Kalimahr when he was shot down during a firefight with Xang terrorists. Realizing he was doomed, Vulk piloted his ship into the Southern Ocean of the planet in order to avoid causalities in the nearby city of Rhol Yan. Before the crash, Vulk had managed to neutralize fourteen of the terrorists.
