Major Yaltza was placed in charge of Project Swarm, an Imperial operation that intended to locate the headquarters of the Rebel Alliance. In 3 ABY, the Sith Lord Darth Vader assessed the project, and executed Major Yaltza for making insufficient progress. General Maximilian Veers was chosen to replace Yaltza, informing Project Swarm's team of archaeologists aboard the flagship Executor of the major's failure.
