Zelebitha Effhod

Zelebitha Effhod was the First Minister of the Coruscant Ministry of Ingress during the Separatist Crisis. She oversaw the closure of immigration to Coruscant due to security reasons, and died of Quannot's Syndrome before the Battle of Geonosis.
