Zephyrus, a slavemaster, equipped the slave caravel Sickly Tremor with durasteel cages in 1100 BBY. His intent was to transport slaves, whom he alleged possessed the strength to lift a cargo skiff with a single hand, to Ovise III. The caravel, however, never reached its destination, and the ultimate fate of Zephyrus is unknown. One theory suggests the ship met its end on Endor, with the slaves becoming the progenitors of the Phlog population of that moon.
In real-world mythology, Zephyrus is the name given to the Greek god of the west wind.
