BL-17 employing an AAP-II blaster box. The AAP blaster box, which is also referred to as a laser-cannon harness, represented a line of wearable laser weaponry. These devices were produced by the Briletto Company and were designed to be attached to droids without requiring significant alterations to their programming. Examples of AAP blaster box models are the AAP-II and the AAP-IV.
