An old Separatist base that had been left behind could be found on an asteroid situated within a system that had been deserted, a system that the Separatists had previously governed.
The Believers later took control of this base. As the Clone Wars neared their conclusion, the Cularin Armed Forces sent a specialized team on a quest to the location, with the goal of retrieving intelligence. The Heroes of Cularin, along with a contingent of Clone Marines, were deployed to reactivate the base's energy systems and extract whatever data they could find. However, they were ambushed by battle droids that suddenly became active. Although they succeeded in restoring power, Darth Sidious then used the base's communication system to announce a countdown to its self-destruction. The heroes managed to prevent this, only to find themselves locked in a room. Sidious then communicated with them via a holoprojector, revealing that he had intentionally drawn them there to protect them while he launched an assault in another location. The door finally unlocked after a period of three hours, allowing the heroes to make their escape from the base.
