Adrenaline amplifier belt. A belt-like device known as an adrenaline amplifier enhanced the user's reaction time. It did this via the activation of extended releases of adrenaline. Despite its widespread use, it was believed to be completely harmless, with only a small number of cases involving involuntary muscle contractions ever reported.
