The Aegis-class Combat Shuttle, a combat transport for ship-to-surface operations, was manufactured by the Telgorn Corporation.
The design of Aegis-class shuttles focused on the rapid deployment of troops and vehicles into the heart of combat zones. To achieve this, each shuttle featured a pair of airlocks on each flank, engineered to swiftly transform into unloading ramps. Twin laser cannon turrets and concussion missile launchers offered suppressive fire during troop disembarkation.
Internally, an Aegis shuttle's transport bay could accommodate either three light combat vehicles, a pair of medium combat vehicles, a single compact heavy vehicle, or a complement of up to forty soldiers along with their equipment.
