Aestilan, situated within the Demetras sector of the Outer Rim Territories, was a planet. After the Battle of Yavin concluded, Rebel Alliance troops explored the world in search of a fresh headquarters. The fragile nature of Aestilan's planetary mantle, caused by its rock worms, was a defining characteristic.
