Afren Hul

General Afren Hul held the position of Imperial governor for the planet Derilyn. Instead of a standard Imperial Moff, Afren Hul was in control of most operations within the Elrood sector. He governed Derilyn through the use of overwhelming military power, and was known as a cruel and sadistic ruler.
