Despite the advertising, the actual experience was far from luxurious, featuring subpar food, contaminated water, dishonest sabacc players, run-down infrastructure, and a significant number of criminals. Zavol Shan only ever lodged there one time, specifically in Bungalow 17.
During the Battle of Ahto, the hotel suffered complete destruction, resulting in the deaths of all guests present.
