Alijah Orr held the rank of Officer within the Imperial Customs service during the era of the Galactic Civil War. Within the Shesharile system, it was believed that only the Imperial Governor possessed more influence than Orr. Orr's ambition was to climb the ranks, and to do so, he dedicated himself to eliminating smuggling within his jurisdiction, with a particular emphasis on the apprehension of Shamus Falconi, a notorious pirate.
