Alzoc III Food Commissioner

The individual holding the position of Food Commissioner for Alzoc III provided sustenance to the miners residing on Alzoc III. While engaged in the agricultural practice of raising several shaaks, he encountered Tyber Zann accompanied by a group, who proceeded to eliminate ten shaaks. They then presented the commissioner with the skulls and spinal columns of the deceased creatures as a means of coercion, compelling him to comply with their demands.
