Amara (information broker)

Amara, a skilled computer slicer, functioned as an information broker. During the rule of the Galactic Empire, she ran a clandestine HoloNet shadowfeed. This feed allowed people to converse on subjects that Emperor Palpatine had otherwise outlawed. Once, Amara proposed giving a client certain confidential details at no charge. The broker, not knowing if the details were true, hoped the client would investigate and confirm them.
