Aminar was a woman, chosen in name only, to govern the world of Desinta. She was the leader of Desinta at some point between 42 BBY and 32 BBY. During her time as leader, Aminar encountered Jedi Master Qui-Gon Jinn, who had arrived on Desinta to find his Padawan, Lizel Liit.
