Andra's residence

The abode of Andra was a building located within the capital of Thani, situated on the planet of Telos IV. Notably, one of the entryways to the structure was integrated into the exterior of a water tower positioned atop the building's roof. From this location, Andra oversaw and directed the activities of the POWER party.
