On Tantajoc V, Prince Denid invented a special weapon known as the anti-magnetic polarization ray gun. These weapons were essential for eliminating the local predators, as their remarkable healing abilities rendered them impervious to nearly all other forms of attack. When Luke Skywalker and Leia Organa eventually found Denid, he employed this particular weapon to dispatch a predator that was chasing the two Rebels.
