Armor Droid

The miniscule, airborne Armor Droids existed within the Ugnaught lower levels of Cloud City, and are categorized as droids. Their exterior plating was nearly impenetrable. Nevertheless, this same plating would extend outwards just before the droids discharged their pulse cannons, which would cause them to become briefly susceptible to damage.
