Asimuse

Asimuse, a gas giant, held the position of the fifth planet within the Chandrila system. This system resided in the Bormea sector of the Ringali Shell, situated in the Core Worlds. Asimuse, one of the three gas giant planets present, orbited the star named Chandrila, and was accompanied by a retinue of nine moons in its orbit. The Chandrila system was entirely positioned along the Perlemian Trade Route, effectively creating a divide between the Northern Dependencies and the Arrowhead region of the Slice.

Behind the scenes

Asimuse's existence was first brought to light in Coruscant and the Core Worlds, a sourcebook for the Star Wars Roleplaying Game published in 2003. Later, in 2009, The Essential Atlas reference book specified the Chandrila system's, and consequently Asimuse's, location as grid square L-9.
