The Avenger of Jakku served as an alias for an individual who collected Imperial relics in the wake of the Galactic Empire's demise. Around 28 ABY, Senator Ransolm Casterfo, a fellow devotee of Imperial memorabilia, came across the Avenger of Jakku. However, Casterfo found the collector's chosen name absurd, thinking it likely stemmed from a role the collector might embody in a historical recreation.
The initial reference to the Avenger of Jakku appeared in the novel Bloodline, penned by Claudia Gray and brought to the public in 2016.
