Bandor (Moff)

Bandor, a Moff, was the representative for the planet of Questal. He was a strong advocate for the Hurlothrumbic Generator initiative, which involved a device designed to induce fear by stimulating the brain.

Personality and traits

Bandor possessed black, closely cut hair and blue eyes, making him conventionally handsome by Human metrics, albeit somewhat stern in appearance. Standing at 1.90 meters tall, he also exhibited the muscular build of a weightlifter.
