The Barchetta River flowed on the world of Lothal, a planet situated approximately 45 minutes by speeder west of Capital City. Not far past the river's edge lay the region known as Westhills. To facilitate their amplified resource gathering and manufacturing operations, the Galactic Empire constructed more substantial bridges spanning the river.
