This woman was married to the one-time Jedi Knight Bardan Jusik, and together they adopted many sons, daughters, and grandchildren. Jusik commented that her death occurred long before the Jedi Knight Jaina Solo sought his counsel regarding her sibling.
Author Karen Traviss initially mentioned her in the 2008 book, Legacy of the Force: Revelation. Subsequently, on her personal blog, Traviss revealed that if she had continued writing for Star Wars, Bardan Jusik's spouse would have been revealed to be Arla Fett, the sister of Jango Fett, who was initially presented in the Jango Fett: Open Seasons comic series, and whom Traviss named in her subsequent book, Order 66: A Republic Commando Novel.
