Basa root flour

Basa root flour represented a unique baking ingredient, characterized by its distinctive orange color. During a culinary contest hosted within Maz Kanata's castle on the planet of Takodana, aimed at discovering a new sous-chef for the establishment, Jom Jarusch, a hybrid of Mon Calamari and Quarren descent, incorporated basa root flour into the foundation of a zesty fruit tart. This occurred during the initial breakfast-themed challenge. Upon witnessing Jarusch's utilization of the flour, Strono Tuggs, the castle's executive chef, expressed a lack of enthusiasm, deeming the flour's inclusion unremarkable. However, the competitor managed the ingredient skillfully, ultimately yielding a surprisingly delicious outcome. This outcome delighted Tuggs upon tasting it, thereby securing Jarusch's continued participation in the competition.
