Sometime prior to the tragic Destruction of Alderaan, an Imperial stormtrooper squad tried to eliminate a Rebel group on the world of Bompreil. During this conflict, Imperial troops, such as the stormtrooper named Daric LaRone, successfully wiped out an Alliance resistance group, an action which led to numerous civilian casualties.
