A conflict took place within the Obroa system amidst the Mandalorian Wars. The Mandalorians initiated a comprehensive assault on Galactic Republic lands in 3963 BBY, building upon their triumph at the Taris Siege. One branch of their offensive led them through Obroa.
The clash is only mentioned one time within the pages of The Essential Atlas. Instead of being described in written form, it is indicated on a galactic chart illustrating the path of the Mandalorian Wars. Within the Atlas, the Obroa system is referred to as the "Obroa-skai system," named after the planet Obroa-skai located within it.
