Battle of the Zongorlu system

A conflict took place in the Zongorlu system in 3963 BBY during the period of the Mandalorian Wars. This star system marked the initial engagement along one of the three invasion routes utilized by the Mandalorian Neo-Crusaders to assault the Galactic Republic. Following their invasion of the planet Taris, the Mandalorian forces proceeded along the Republic's northern border. After their victory in the Zongorlu system, the Neo-Crusaders advanced towards Ithor and Ord Mantell.

Behind the scenes

The 2009 publication, The Essential Atlas, contains the sole mention of this battle. It appeared on a galactic map illustrating the various battles of the Mandalorian Wars, instead of being detailed in written form.
