Beckar, a male Human, was a member of the Alliance to Restore the Republic and participated in the Galactic Civil War. He held the position of Commander-in-Chief for the Alliance's forces within the Trax sector, operating from the Trax Sector Command situated on the planet Entrus. Noticeably tall, Beckar bore a sizable scar running along one side of his head. The Alliance strike against the Bissillirus Resupply Base was both authorized and planned by Commander Beckar.
