Behn-Kihl-Nahm was a senator of the male persuasion, who held a seat in the Senate of the New Republic during the period known as the Black Fleet Crisis.
During the year 16 ABY, Behn-Kihl-Nahm held the position of Chair of the Senate, and also presided over the Defense Council. He was a close friend and political supporter of Chief of State Leia Organa Solo, who affectionately called him "Bennie." Following Nil Spaar's exit from Coruscant and the events on Darama, the Senate Chair dedicated himself to mitigating the political fallout directed at Organa Solo.
