Bi-polar Blaster BMC-150

The Bi-polar Blaster BMC-150 from SoroSuub Corporation was primarily marketed for its exceptional destructive capacity. This blaster utilized alternatingly charged barrels to unleash immense energy with acceptable precision and a swift firing speed, despite its proneness to malfunctions. The weapon's voracious appetite for power packs was a major drawback, as it depleted them extremely quickly. While connecting it to a larger, belt- or backpack-mounted power source could, in theory, extend its firing duration, the cooling mechanisms were inadequate for handling the heat generated by continuous, rapid bursts. This resulted in a highly visible thermal signature that compromised the user's location to enemies equipped with thermal imaging, and could even inflict burns on the operator. Routine upkeep was essential to ensure the bi-polar remained functional during field operations.
