This penal facility, positioned in an isolated region, held a significant number of prisoners affiliated with the Alliance. Following the relocation of fifty Alliance operatives to the Bid'jerma Detention Block, Outpost Cinder was created by Alliance Special Forces with the purpose of observing the detention center and assessing the feasibility of a potential escape.
