Billibango was a Xexto individual of the male persuasion from the planet Troiken, who was an advocate for the Galactic Republic.
Contrary to the sentiments of many others of his kind, he held no animosity towards the Jedi; indeed, he aspired to join their ranks. Back in 44 BBY, amidst the turmoil of the Stark Hyperspace War, he lent his assistance to the Republic force stationed at Mount Avos by furnishing them with intelligence regarding the mountain's terrain and its indigenous challat eaters. During the fourth battle that occurred in the Troiken system, Billibango actively engaged in the conflict, heroically rescuing several soldiers, among them Jace Dallin.
