Blockade of Bosph

During the time that the Galactic Empire held power, the Imperial Navy established a blockade and quarantine around the planet of Bosph, situated in the Outer Rim Territories. This isolation was enacted after the Galactic Emperor, Palpatine, discovered that the Bosph species residing there were under the influence of a Force-sensitive government. The imposition of the blockade occurred shortly before the bombardment of Bosph, both actions being masterminded by Harsh, the Human Moff in control of that sector. The few Bosph survivors of the orbital attack were, for the most part, confined to their ravaged homeworld, although a small number managed to flee. All Bosph, even those who were stuck, adopted a strategy of dis-remembrance in relation to the Empire, effectively denying its very existence, which included the blockade itself.
