Bogg 9, a satellite orbiting Bogden, was a rocky and dusty world. During each orbit, its path brought it near enough to Bogg 2 that they shared an atmosphere. From Bogg 2, forgers used balloons to transport fake Republic credits to Bogg 9, after which they falsely reported the credits as stolen to gain genuine credits as compensation. Additionally, pirates frequently targeted these balloons during their transit.
