Bothan stun spores, a microscopic variant of stun spores, induced respiratory system discomfort and served as an ingredient in the Spore/B mixture. Upon entering a target's breathing passages, these spores induced numbness, disorientation, and a gradual reduction in breathing rate, ultimately leading to loss of consciousness. While designed to be non-lethal, these spores presented a risk of death should the affected individual experience respiratory system failure.
