Brassvine

Brassvines constituted a type of flora indigenous to the world of Haruun Kal. Their designation stemmed from the sizable, muted-gold colored barbs that sprouted from their tendrils. These barbs exhibited a hardness comparable to that of durasteel in many ways, and served as a food source for grassers.

Subsequent to the removal of the thorns, the brassvines could be transformed into functional cordage, a practice frequently employed by the Korunnai. Furthermore, they found application as makeshift fasteners.
