This Rodian individual was present at the Boonta Eve Classic podrace in the year 32 BBY, spectating from Watto's private box within the Mos Espa Grand Arena located on the planet Tatooine; Watto was a Toydarian junk dealer. Later, in 0 BBY, Breedo found himself at Chalmun's Spaceport Cantina in the Mos Eisley spaceport of Tatooine, witnessing Han Solo, a Human smuggler, kill Greedo, the bounty hunter.
Breedo initially manifested as numerous adversaries during the Cantina segment of the Super Star Wars video game. Visually, the character seems to be a re-colored iteration of Greedo from the same game, distinguished by the absence of ears and head spikes, bearing a closer resemblance to a Duros due to its red eyes and blue skin.
Despite not being featured or mentioned in the game's instruction manual, the Super Star Wars Official Game Secrets book identifies the enemy by name and posits that they are Greedo's cousin. Subsequently, a Rodian character initially observed in Star Wars: Episode I The Phantom Menace was recognized as Breedo.
