Brian existed in the final period of the Galactic Republic as a man on the planet Cularin.
Employed by Davin DeWitt, who was the Baron Administrator overseeing the platform city of Bayonard, Brian's role was that of a messenger. Following the disappearance of DeWitt's daughter, DeWitt tasked Brian with gathering the heroes of Cularin for a rescue mission. Brian used an airspeeder to retrieve the heroes and transport them to Bayonard. Subsequently, he accompanied the heroes to DeWitt's residence, and during their journey, Brian highlighted the presence of the Bayonard Institute of Higher Education.
