Casey Rix was a pirate of Human descent, identified as female, who existed in the era of the Cold War. She served as a member of the Sky Princess crew and was romantically involved with its captain, Andronikos Revel, until Sylas Wilkes, the first mate, orchestrated a mutiny, forcing Revel into an escape pod. Despite her affection for Revel, Rix feigned tolerance of Wilkes and his unwanted attention. Subsequently, Wilkes allied himself with the Exchange on Tatooine, prompting Revel, after a period of imprisonment by the Empire, to pursue him to the same planet. Incapable of independent action, Revel remained confined to his private quarters within the Siltshift cantina in Mos Ila until Kallig arrived to interrogate him about the artifact stolen by Wilkes. Kallig then reached out to Rix, who eagerly seized the chance to eliminate Wilkes and willingly provided instructions to his secret location. Following the confrontation and subsequent death of Wilkes at the hands of Kallig and Revel, Rix made an appearance at the Mos Ila Spaceport to offer her farewells.
