Ceeril, a male Skembo, held the position of Ambassador for Rion in the High Republic Era. During his stay at the Starlight Beacon space station for medical treatment, Ceeril tried to falsely accuse a few Hassarians, a species that rivaled the Skembo, of trying to assassinate him, using his personal bodyguard droid in the process. Nevertheless, Velko Jahen, the Administrator, discovered the Ambassador's trickery, leading to Ceeril's arrest.
