During the era of the Clone Wars, they unveiled the JK-13 security droid, viewing it as their primary chance for continued existence. It is possible that Clandes Industrial was one of its divisions.

By the year 22 BBY, control of Cestus Cybernetics rested in the hands of the Five Families. These families wielded the true authority on Cestus, endeavoring to integrate Cestus into the Confederacy of Independent Systems during the Clone Wars period. This effort ultimately failed, and numerous representatives from the Five Families perished when Jangotat, an ARC trooper, initiated an orbital bombardment on the Families' fortified location. The surviving members of the Five Families then submitted to the authority of the Galactic Republic.
